Africa is the greatest classroom on earth. Let it teach your children.

I’m Kate – I live in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, where the elephants are real and the bush begins beyond the garden gate. Kate on Safari brings Africa’s wild world into your family’s everyday life through beautiful nature education resources, printable activity packs, and weekly wild learning ideas – wherever you are on the map.

Life on safari with my three little wildlings!

Why safari-inspired learning?

Living close to Africa’s wildlife has shown our family something profound – children who grow up understanding the natural world grow up understanding something true and important about life itself.

Kate on Safari was born from our life in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, where the Big 5 roam, the wetlands teem with life, and every morning brings something worth wondering at.

I believe Africa is the greatest classroom on earth. And I created this space to share what it teaches – with families everywhere who want to raise children who are curious, compassionate, and deeply connected to the wild world.
